Who we are

Plumbing Bournemouth (plumbing-bournemouth.co.uk) is an enquiry and lead-generation service that connects people in Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch with Tom, an independent local plumber. We are not a plumbing contractor and do not carry out plumbing work ourselves.

What we collect

When you contact us by phone or through our enquiry form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address, if you provide one
• Your postcode
• Details of the plumbing work you need

How we use your information

We use the details you give us to pass your enquiry to Tom, so he can contact you directly to discuss and carry out the work. We do not use your details for marketing without your separate consent, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

Who we share it with

We share your enquiry details with Tom, our independent local plumber, so he can respond to your enquiry. We may also share data with service providers who help us run this website, such as our hosting and email delivery providers, under data processing agreements.

Legal basis and retention

We process your data on the basis of your consent (given when you submit an enquiry) and our legitimate interest in connecting you with Tom. We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, then delete it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we use it.
